If this is your first time meeting Josh Rosebrook, I am so excited to introduce you. Josh is the godfather of green beauty and has a skin and haircare line that is unparalleled in ingredient formulation, sourcing and performance. Hero: Nutrient Day Cream SPF 30

Okay seriously you guys. This is IT. If you are looking for a clean moisturizer with SPF that is pretty much 100% organic, offers broad spectrum + moisturizes, WELP – look no further than Josh Rosebrook’s Nutrient Day Cream.

I mean, what’s not to like!? This cream comes out white but rubs in clear. And you know how sometimes most of the time you apply an SPF lotion and your skin just feels – greasy? Heavy? Like you are are carrying around a 25 lb dumbbell on your face? Well the Nutrient Day Cream is just the opposite. It soaks right in and skin feels moisturized but with a matte finish. Plus it smells amazing.

I knew this SPF was a winner the day I wore it and went for a run. My face sweat but it was a regular sweat – not the kind of build up, waterworks sweat you get after applying a typical SPF. You guys know that suffocated SPF sweat I’m talking about. None of that.

I also love that this is great for me AND my hubs. No more walking around with my white-faced boo. (Although not that I want to share either #greenbeautyproblems).

Sidekick: Vital Balm Cream

If you love creams, you gotta get your hands on Josh Rosebrook’s Vital Balm Cream. It’s so right in every way. The first time I got to try this cream was in Dallas when I was sharing a room with Suzi from Gurl Gone Green. She brought this along and on our first night goes, “You gotta try this!!!” Well, she was right.

This cream delivers. It’s so moisturizing without leaving skin heavy or oily. It’s light in texture like a cream but heavy hitting with intention like a balm. My skin feels so hydrated, plump and happy with it on. Plus it smells amazing like a little bit minty. Also the color is sick – like an icy blue. Which I am guessing is from the blue tansy.

Speaking of ingredients we see:

• Moisturizing: senna seed, mango seed butter, avocado seed oil, jojoba, shea and aloe vera.
• Anti-inflammatory: turmeric, blue tansy, ashwaganda and calendula to calm redness and regenerate.
