When The Godfather of green skincare talks, you listen! Josh’s entire line is in a league of it’s own. Clean, pure and thoughtful. I had the pleasure of chatting with Josh Rosebrook yesterday at one of my favorite places in the world, Follain Boston – we talked foundational musts for clear, bright, glowing and healthy skin. Here they are!

  1. Exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate. Getting rid of dead skin cells and stimulating regeneration is the key to success here. Most skin discrepancies are caused by blockage, dirt and lingering dead skin cells. Exfoliating 2-3 times a week can clear this up. His honey based Active Enzyme Exfoliator is off the chain. A must for sure.Screen Shot 2016-04-29 at 2.07.01 PM

2. Mask once a week. Avoid clay based masks because they are too drying, especially for mature skin. (And by mature he was talking to me at 38 years old so take that for what it is worth!) Totally buying his Cacao Antioxidant Mask which, among many things, stimulates blood flow and micro detoxes as it dries. Instant results with this one.

3. Hydrate. First made sure you are drinking enough water – that is the best way to hydrate. And before you apply your face oil, spritz with a hydrator like his Hydrating Accelerator – have it, love it, repurchasing on repeat for the rest of my life.

4. Seal in moisture with a face oil or serum.

These four tips are the key to getting beautiful, clear, glowing skin. And if The Godfather said it, you know it’s true!
