Nicolle Mackinnon took her B.A. in Journalism and Media Communications and carved her perfect niche: beauty content management. She’s worked with more than 50 indie beauty brands in the last decade on their branding, editorial content and social media presence to help move forward each company’s individual mission. She began as a magazine editor, honing her writing, management and editing skills in a corporate setting before bringing her flavor of expertise to the freelancing world.
She’s worked with big clean beauty brands like True Botanicals, Tata Harper, Indie Lee, One Love Organics, Beautycounter, WELL PEOPLE, May Lindstrom and Odacite, as well as small, start-up indie brands like Hope Gillerman Organics, Osmia Organics, Province Apothecary, Axiology Beauty and more.
Now, she’s helped pen, edit and craft The New Knew’s blog, newsletter and social content since 2020, leading the editorial calendar and authoring content alongside Lisa to ensure TNK’s prominent status in the better beauty realm.
Stemming from her personal journey to treat her chronic illnesses, she’s passionate about helping women feel empowered to make informed choices about their health by opening them up to new information and trends.

Claire Molyneaux is a creative with over a decade of experience in clean beauty, merchandising and graphic design. She proudly founded The Clean Beauty Box, a unique blend of subscription box, blog and retail venture that has left a significant mark on the clean beauty market. For six years, Claire skillfully led and grew this venture, before diversifying her focus towards content and design. Her dedication, innovation and vast expertise makes her a prominent figure in the beauty industry. Her wellness journey, sparked by personal health challenges and ingredient sensitivities, has also been a major driving force behind her success.
She brings brands to life, creating compelling brand identities with a refined aesthetic and exceptional attention to detail. Claire is the creative spearhead behind TNK’s visual strategy and strong brand presence.

With a B.S. in Marketing from Iowa State University, Kristy is an accomplished operations manager and interior design stylist who melds the creative and the analytical with nearly two decades (and four start-ups!) of experience behind her.
A balanced blend of imaginative beauty and practical organization, she brings thoughtful oversight to every facet of the TNK team operations. Her varied skill set has led to impressive results: under her watchful eye, our Pinterest account has amassed over 634.38k monthly views, our YouTube channel boasts 2.61M views, and she expertly nurtures 300 active affiliate relationships.
When not spearheading these tasks, Kristy is often found engrossed in a good book or fearlessly embracing the Minnesota weather on her daily walk.
